On Sunday, January 21, 2024, Pastor Ryan described the social injustice of medical debt through his sermon, The Jubilee and Freedom from Poverty.
Greater Cleveland Congregations has organized a fundraiser in partnership with “RIP Medical Debt” to pay off the medical debt of our neighbors here in Cuyahoga County. Last fall, Serve Council gave $1000 on behalf of Fairmount, and collectively we have raised about $30,000 at GCC congregations.
